• The training was designed to deepen personal capacity to effect transformation in a complex world, and to explore how to travel with others towards a common goal in a way that honours both individual and collective potential.

For the three days of this training, 60+ extraordinary humans came together; bringing gifts and experiences from many countries, cultures and disciplines; a group whose strength lies in its diversity and its shared intention to shift the culture of collaboration within teams, organisations, communities in Slovenia and beyond.

Co-creating this website, we are guided by the following questions:
  • How can we capture the learning that takes place here?
  • How can we make our individual and shared understanding visible?
  • How can we use what we capture to inspire new practices and wiser actions, and in so doing ensure that we have made best use of this time together?
It is only by working together, by participating and collaborating fully, that we can answer these questions in ways that serve us all best. So we invite you to join us in ‘harvesting’ the fruits of the training; the learning, insights and stories but also the relationships, trust and collective commitment. These fruits contain their own seeds, and by harvesting them consciously together, we place ourselves in the best position to sow them elsewhere in service of our work.
