While this three-day training may be a powerful springboard for one's own transformation - and a boost to one's collaborative capacity, we expect that many participants would enjoy further support in transferring participatory leadership practices into their own settings.

Participating in an Art of Participatory Leadership training is an entry into a generous and active community of the Art of Hosting Conversations That Matter practitioners spread across the world, with plenty of learning & exchange opportunities.

Deepening capacity for hosting Pro Action Cafés
In January 2015, a one-day training for those who would like to learn more about hosting Pro Action Cafés will be organised, against a small fee.
Together with the Slovenian Association of Facilitators (SAF).
Appreciative Inquiry in 2015
In 2015, a three-day training on Appreciative Inquiry (which is both a mindset and a set of tools) will be organised, with an international training team.

These evenings provide opportunities to:
- enjoy the support of people of various backgrounds to co-develop an idea or a project that you are passionate about
- support others in making their dreams happen
- practise the Pro Action Café method (as co-host - or just participant)
- share the preciousness of participatory processes (in an experiential way) with others who might benefit from them (the café is open to anyone)
