HARVEST PLATFORM: 23 - 25 May, Slovenia
Art of Participatory Leadership
Picture
This image is what emerged when the local calling team in the weeks before the training sat together to sense into what do we really, REALLY want to harvest at this training. This is especially relevant for those contexts (including Slovenia) where stories of brokenness and despair are so present in this time of crisis. We also trust that the infinite loop has relevance for other contexts and communities too!
  • We hope to create a space (during the training) in which people experience such joy in collaboration that they regain confidence in themselves, as well as trust in the others.
  • In this way, hope gets restored (in Slovenian: upanje - zaupanje - samozaupanje).
  • Simultaneously, self-connection and self-confidence generate the courage to take responsibility for what one longs for (personal leadership) ... and then co-create solutions with others (for and within communities) ... which again breeds hope ...
